  My boyfriend and I went zip lining here as an excursion from our cruise, just last week. I am so happy that we decided to this as it was a crazy experience, and definitely a bucket list adventure. The staff is amazing, and made sure that the whole experience was great for the group of people that went with us. They took the time in training to walk everyone through everything, and made sure that we all understood how safe we really were. They have staff that go before you in the zip and stay after to help you off. Not only do they always do a 10 step safety check but they are all so kind. They always made sure that that we were all ok every step of the way. I had some older ladies in our group that were ABSOLUTELY terrified about doing this, and the guide was so gentle and empathetic! Definitely recommend for those dare devils, and those chickens like me!! Glad I did it!!

  Jeanie gave me the best birthday present. I reserved with the other company and they canceled on me. I came to this company instead... they were all booked but Jeanie called me for a open spot. I had an amazing time and it was amazing experience. Jeanie deserves a nice xmas new year bonus.

  Incredibly rude customer service, just like all others have said. Never a return phone call or email. Finally got Richard on the phone today and was impossible to get the accurate total amount from him so I could overnight a check (they don't take credit cards). His math wasn't adding up and I was simply trying to get the correct amount so there wasn't any problems when we showed up - in other words, I was trying to send them more money as he wasn't including the security fee in "total" amount. He was so rude, told me it wasn't going to work out with us staying there since he was "already having problems" with me. I've stayed in this location before and it is beautiful, but unreal how lousy this place is run and the way they treat people. Spending our money elsewhere.

  Just a historic and iconic place to visit with family and friends! It's a must if you are visiting LAX, go rent a car and drive to Newport Beach or Long Beach and take Catalina flyer or any other transport that will take you to this wonderful island. So much great experience to have with family and friends!!!
